From a simple candidate management system to a multi-tenant software as a service platform…

In 2012 the Mountain Training Candidate Management System was created to consolidate disparate spreadsheets, databases and paper-based systems into one cloud-based system. By 2014 interest from other Organisations rose leading to the formation of a new company, Tahdah and the development of the multi-tenant software as a service platform. 

The Tahdah platform offers users a secure, feature-packed online ecosystem that can be tailored to meet the needs of organisations, members and learners. Log in anywhere, manage certifications, find workshops and qualified coaches and so much more. 

Tahdah works with Awarding Bodies, Associations and Clubs, Training Providers, Employers and Learners to provide a safe compliance structure with the aim of building a national directory of qualified coaches in the UK to protect children and vulnerable adults.

The challenge.

Tahdah continued to improve and expand its client base from its first conception, fast forward to 2022 and Tahdah needed an effective all-in-one CRM and CMS to take their marketing and sales to the next level.

The Tahdah team needed a CRM that could consolidate all their contacts into one place with the ability to group contacts under companies and segment lists for lead nurturing campaigns. 

Tahdah had a new case study video they wanted to build their first lead nurturing campaign around, this meant finding a solution that would automate tasks based on video views.

Finally, Tahdah wanted a brand new website with the ability to easily add and remove content themselves, track engagement and clearly distinguish their clients for an improved user experience.

HubSpot Marketing and Sales Professional Onboarding.
Deliver a bespoke onboarding journey across 6 weeks providing technical setup, team training and integration, goal identification, first lead nurturing campaign and goal review.

Website built in the HubSpot CMS.
Utilise a HubSpot theme to quickly migrate existing website content to the HubSpot CMS. Create trackable engagement opportunities across all pages and provide an easy-to-use template-based builder for the Tahdah team to continue adding and removing content as needed.

Vidyard Lead Nurturing Campaign using HubSpot Workflows.
Create a vidyard-based email campaign using HubSpot Workflows, segment contacts for lead nurturing and deliver a marketing campaign with a dedicated landing page to increase demo bookings.

The result.

Successful onboarding with the Tahdah team feeling empowered to utilise HubSpot and continue building content, automation and reports to direct future marketing and sales efforts.
Fully customisable launch pad website attracting over 4000 visitors in the first month with 25% of visitors finding Tahdah via organic search and 5% via email marketing.
