Salon quality towels and turbans, kind to the pocket & the planet...

Itzi is a fast-growing eco-friendly salon range of towels and hair turbans produced by industry experts for use in salons and for upselling to salon clients.

Itzi products are 70% cheaper than disposable alternatives, offer up to 66% savings on laundry costs compared to terry cotton products, and can be used more than 400 times with no impact on appearance or performance.

Itzi boasts 'fowler 35' the British Salon team of the year as a happy client and finalist status for the 'Most Wanted Salon Industry Awards 2020'

The challenge.

With the Most Wanted awards fast approaching, Itzi directors needed a way to take advantage of increased interest in their product ranges following the awards ceremony.

The solution would have to be a simple, eye-catching digital solution with clear product messaging to inform and nurture leads including a store location platform to direct any leads ready to make a purchase.

Whatever the solution it needed to allow for continual growth as product ranges expand and change, accessibility across multiple devices, and the opportunity to add additional purchase options such as Amazon Marketplace or a bespoke online store at a later date.

All of this needed to be achieved within just 3 short days including 3 update and review sessions, a huge challenge for our team!

Our approach.

WordPress responsive, one-page scroll webpage.
Utilising WordPress guaranteed our team could meet the tight deadline while capturing all the information the client needed as well as meet their strict brand guidelines.

Store Location plugin.
With the tight deadline, bespoke functionality wasn't going to be achievable, with WordPress our team could integrate off the shelf, tried and tested plugins to provide the functionality the client needed without compromise on quality.

Socially Distanced meetings to collect and implement feedback fast.
The tight deadline on this project our team needed to minimise the chances of miscommunication or delays in feedback from the client so we went above and beyond with social distanced face to face meetings to deal with feedback in real time, this ensured success!

Achieved all functionality and styling requested by clients.
Provided an accessible, on-brand digital presence with the opportunity for expansion and additional functionality.
