5i Business (rebranded as OneMSP in early 2020) offers the latest IT hardware and an innovative IT Management and Security subscription service focused on growing with clients.

Managing Director, Tom Johnson has vast experience in the IT Sector and recognised the need for affordable IT services that were tailored to clients' needs with the flexibility to grow with an expanding workforce as well as support remort working particularly in light of the Covid19 pandemic. 

The challenge.

As an unknown entity in the highly competitive IT sector, OneMSP (formerly 5iBusiness) needed to increase quality leads to grow their client base.  

OneMSP needed to raise brand awareness by establishing themselves as thought leaders within the IT Sector.

They needed an evolving website to offer quality content to nurture leads and capture data for marketing campaigns.as well as gathering real-world data to inform the development of an effective content strategy.  

With a small team focused on sales and support, OneMSP needed a marketing partner to manage all aspects of their marketing efforts from social media to email campaigns and content creation.

Our approach.

New branding to stand out in a crowded market.
We created a simple and stylish brand to carry across all future digital and print collateral. The brand had to stand out in a very crowded industry making research and innovative thinking a priority. 

HubSpot for content creation, social media management, and marketing automation.
We utilised HubSpot to create marketing workflows, email campaigns, blog content, manage social media content, and most importantly to capture data for marketing and development purposes.  

Regular Keyword research and data analysis to develop an effective content strategy.
To establish OneMSP as a thought leader in their sector they needed unique content that dealt with common pain points to entice visitors to their website improving SEO and providing a pipeline of quality leads.

Update existing WordPress website and integrate with HubSpot content.
We updated the existing website with a new look to match their fresh new brand and integrated HubSpot blog content, CTA's and forms to capture data.

An evolving content plan and social media strategy are now working hard to target the right customer profiles in support of ongoing growth.
