Everybody that works with Core Process leaves with a smile on their face, a renewed focus and a deeper understanding of their workplace dynamics. 

Because of this, Core Process were growing steadily through referral clients but they wanted to increase the lead generating power of their website.

To support this Core Process partnered with UX-Digital to adopt the HubSpot CRM and develop a diverse digital marketing strategy that reflected the business goals, targeted key audiences and facilitated scalable growth.

Our Approach

Because it’s a niche industry, our biggest challenges with this project was getting people unfamiliar with Core Process to understand what exactly they do before we could explain how beneficial their training can be to businesses. 

We started by creating a strategic foundation for future marketing, articulating the value proposition, brand values, key messaging and a consistent tone of voice.

We homed in on Core Process’ target audience and used their goals and challenges as the foundation for social and content marketing campaigns designed to drive the right visitors to their site. This included a range of educational blog content regarding the issues Core Process can help individuals and teams to improve.

To support scaleable growth we recommended the HubSpot CRM. This meant, as the marketing arm of Core Process, the UX-Digital team could better collect, segment and nurture leads. This facilitated automated email campaigns and blog updates for their subscribers. 

Core Process launched a 'Pay it Forward' initiative aimed at helping young people get a head start in their careers. This provided the perfect topic for promotional video content. We identified that video marketing not only has very high engagement but also plays to the clients strengths as their team frequently lead workshop and seminars.
